its a sequel.. first part being.. "Harold And Kumar Go To White Castle"..
movie contains strong language, racial violence and maybe very offensive to some people.. but it sure does contain a lot of WTF moments.. even i was seriously offended by few dialog.. even thu i would like you to don't miss it... :D
